WE UNDERSTAND EXTRAORDINARY CIRCUMSTANCES ARE UNAVOIDABLE AND YOU NEED TO CHANGE YOUR SCHEDULE. WE KINDLY ASK THAT YOU GIVE UP TO 24 HOUR NOTICE IF YOU CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT. IF 24 HOUR NOTICE IS NOT GIVEN, YOU WILL BE CHARGED $25 CANCELLATION FEE AT YOUR NEXT VISIT. MISSED APPOINTMENTS OR "NO SHOWS" WILLBE CHARGED A $50 FEE.
CANCELLATIONS AND "NO SHOWS" LEAVE GAPS IN OUR SCHEDULES THAT CANNOT BE FILLED WITHOUT A WITHOUT A TIMELY NOTICE. THIS NOTIFICATION COURTESY ENABLES US TO SCHEDULE ANOTHER CLIENT AND, IN TURN, MAINTAINS A HIGHER LEVEL OF AVAILABILITY.
DUE TO SCHEDULING COMMITMENTS TO OTHER CLIENTS' SCHEDULES, WE MAY NEED TO RESCHEDULE ANY APPOINTMENT FOR WHICH YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE. 
PRICES LISTED ON SERVICE PAGE ARE BASE PRICES. THE PRICE OF YOUR SERVICE MAY VARY FROM LISTED PRICE PRICE BASED ON SERVICE(S) YOU RECEIVE, AS WELL AS THE LENGTH OF YOUR HAIR. YOUR STYLIST WILL INFORM YOU OF PRICE BEFORE THE SERVICE BEGINS.
